About Testiva
After 15 years testing healthcare and AI products, one thing became clear, health tech founders were shipping without the QA support they actually needed.
Generic QA firms did not understand clinical workflows, did not know what HIPAA meant in practice, and had no framework for testing AI outputs. They learned these things on the client's time and budget.
Then Healthcare AI arrived. AI Medical Scribes, Clinical Voice Agents, and Healthcare RAG systems were being shipped into clinical environments with no hallucination testing, no clinical accuracy evaluation, and no monitoring after launch. No QA firm was equipped to handle both the clinical domain and the AI evaluation simultaneously.
